If there is the slightest doubt that the email is legitimate. Contact your local financial institution by telephone to preserve the confidentiality of your sensitive information. It is the management policy of our credit union to never solicit sensitive customer information by email.
It is also been brought to our attention that unsolicited phone calls, and phony emails, have been sent to ask local customers to contact local financial intuitions by calling a toll free number. We are a local credit union serving a local clientele, and therefore we have no need of a toll free number to do business. Be advised that these messages are fraudulent and intended to deceive you into giving sensitive information to criminals. If you receive such emails claiming to be from Bluegrass Community Federal Credit Union, please notify us via the phone number below.
